Stephen and Alysha McLaughlin from Kelowna, Canada created the website NameMyDaughter.com to decide how to name their baby. On the website anybody could offer a new name or vote for one of the posted. NameMyDaughter.com got a total of 150,000 votes, after which the winner was the name: "Cthulhu AllSpark." However, Stephen and Alysha stated that they knew better than to trust Internet and they would be making the final decision themselves.

So they decided not to name their baby Cthulhu AllSpark after all and instead, chose their website's runner-up name: Amelia.
