A 60 tone carcass of a blue whale lying rotting on the shoreline of Newfoundland, Canada poses threat to a little town of 600 people called Trout River. The process of rotting filled the carcass with methane gas caused by decomposition. The animal could have burst any moment. Considering the fact that the carcass may have well contained dangerous bacteria, if it bursts bacteria will be spread with methane gas posing some serious threat to the people in town.
